The Adidas NMD R1 PK “Color Static” is set to release this week on November 11th. Already after the primeknit “Zebra” Adidas kept focus on delivering unique versions of the Primeknit style which is very popular.
The shoe got it name “Color Static” from “disrupted tv images” which you can see clearly on the shoe, it is fuzzy and like a very old TV. The shoe features a BOOST midsole with EVA plug inserts, welded TPU lace eyelets, a rubber outsole and a custom heel tab.
I think it looks very cool and I really like the old school TV image which really gives me a nostalgic feeling. Maybe it is a little bit hard to stare at, feels like you’ll get dizzy, but the shoe looks very comfortable. And with the BOOST technology that is instantly supposed to bounce back to its real shape when running, The Adidas NMD R1 Primeknit “Color Static” does not only just LOOK good, but ARE good!
The shoes will cost $170 and be available in US sizes 4.0-14.0.
